Things I learned
> A Logic Board with a BIOS flashback button or ability is crucial when using older motherboard generations with newer Processors due to microcode and other instruction sets needing updates to function properly. Oddly, the DRAM debug light lights up if the BIOS is outdated which is slightly confusing considering the underlying issue is related with the Processor / CPU.
> Buying open-box/used parts helps save a considerable amount of money and allows you to get more of your budget, as an example, my motherboard was discounted by 38% (239.99-> 149.99) This allowed me to spend more of my budget into another 16 GB ram later.
